The International Oracle Users Group Community (IOUC) is a network of over 450 independent users groups around the world
representing many regions, countries, cities, products and industries – there is bound to be a users group right for you and your
organisation.

Users Groups outside the Americas are represented by regional bodies:
The APOUC – Asia Pacific Oracle User Group Community represents the APAC user group community.
The EOUC – EMEA Oracle Users Group Community represents Europe, Middle East and Africa users group community

group. You will also find a section of this web site dedicated to the IOUC Committees – which you may find a helpful resource for
making contact with specialist areas within Oracle such as Support, Product Development and Oracle University. It is only possible
to use these channels for direct access to Oracle if you are a member of a recognised, independent Oracle users group.
