Why Join a Users Group?
| Oracle and its Global Users Group Community Worldwide, there are over 450 independent users groups representing an estimated 275,000 Oracle customers that comprise the International Oracle Users Group Community (IOUC). This vibrant and energetic community of Oracle’s most active and involved customers participates in a wide variety of groups focused on technology, industry, product, applications, and other special interests. Members come together regularly to network, share best practices, learn about Oracle products and services, and influence product direction. Together, members share ideas and thoughts about common customer concerns, suggestions and recommendations from the global customer community and communicate collectively to Oracle senior management. Members of the IOUC also facilitate committees, which help raise and address key issues, secure feedback from Oracle management, and provide valuable information to Oracle regarding input on enhancements and product development. (Click on “IOUC Committees” above for more information.) A Special message from the leadership of the International Oracle Users Group Community! The International Oracle Users Group Community (IOUC) brings together leaders from all Oracle users groups to discuss ideas and issues that are common to Oracle users groups around the world. This is a special community of people who volunteer time and energy to help their members learn more about Oracle products and services and to maximize their return on their investment in Oracle.
