Why join our user group?	The New Zealand Oracle Users Group was founded in 1989. In the early years, NZOUG was part of ANZORA, the Australia New Zealand Oracle User Group, but we separated in 1997 and now have a strong user base within New Zealand as an independent user group. NZOUG is a forum to share ideas and interests between all users of and people interested in Oracle products. Oracle's acquisition strategy has broadened its base of applications and technologies, and so has NZOUG broadened its role to create a large user group to assist all Oracle users in New Zealand in maximising their return on the investment they have made in Oracle technology. We work with all Oracle Users in New Zealand to achieve this goal.

Oracle User Groups operate in numerous countries within the Asia-Pacific region, and their size and services vary from country to country.
